What is SHET Mentoring all about?

Our Mentorship Program provides opportunities to build relationships with skilled experts in the areas of Educational Leadership, Professional Development, Academia, and Educational Consulting. All SHET/NJ mentors are volunteers who are dedicated to meeting the mentoring needs of our members. For more information contact our Mentorship Chair.

In response to the needs expressed by its membership, SHET/NJ established a Mentoring Chair. The Mentoring Chair links members with resource persons who are SHET/NJ members and who have volunteered to share their specialized knowledge, expertise and experience.

How to get started?

Below is a compilation of specialties that our Mentors have provided. The Mentoring Chair maintains a roster of resource persons including their area of expertise. Once you contact the Chair, she will locate an expert who will work with you. When contacting the Chair, please let us know your specific needs.
